A: At Next step you can always expect to be treated with respect by our wonderful staff and licensed medical professionals. Our medical professionals do not rush through appointments. They take time to listen to you and answer your questions. Need more time? We’re here. All conversations are confidential (as allowed within Washington State law). All medical services at Next Step are provided by licensed medical professionals under the direction and supervision of our Medical Director.
